This project contains the sample American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) model for CB-SEM, PLS-SEM, PLSc-SEM, GSCA, and sumscore regression. The following article describes in detail the data used and the PLS path model with its specific indicators: Morgeson et al. (2023).
