Employee retention model

This project contains the sample employee retention model identification model for CB-SEM, PLS-SEM, PLSc-SEM, GSCA, and sumscore regression. Hair et al. (2018) explain in detail the model and the HBAT data (400 observations) that are used for model estimation.

Simply download the project and import it in SmartPLS 4.
