Renewing Your License
Renewing your license involves purchasing a new license since our licenses are not automated subscriptions. Once your old key expires, you may purchase a new license.
Keeping Your Existing License Key
For floating licenses, you can continue to use your old license key.
We endeavor to automatically account for this during the order process. However, assigning your order to an existing license isn't always feasible. If you receive a new license, you can use it, or contact us to transfer the period to the old license key. Please mention your order number and the old license key in the email.
For seat licenses, you will always receive a new license key, and renewal involves purchasing a new license.
